Electro sensations for real !

Action Nano is a double concentrate of happyness and vintage nostalgia, in a melting mechanical heart, coated with electronical plastic, and sequined with japanese influences. To enjoy alone, or with friends.

A first album was made in 2OO4, “Le saut de l’electronaute”, with the help and support of Laure Scheffel, a graphic designer encountered while working for Rigaud Multimedia. But this album was finally not released, due to an artistic choice. After having given up this project, two new ones were born : O T X and Mister Nano, then re entitled Action Nano for legal questions.

Action Nano

With tracks such as Telephone, Another Beauty, Love Mail, Weather Channel, Transoceanique, Japan Circuits ou S.E.T.I .., Action Nano's first album offers an electronic sister of an anglo-japanese culture, and dedicated to those new networks and virtual worlds (videogames, Internet, LCD games, mobile phones, ADSL,MSN, MySpace).

This music is also shaded with nostalgia and happy melodies on various musical influences.

M-Tronic

The album was signed up at the beginning of 2007, and will be released at the end of September 2008 on label M-Tronic, that revelead talents such as I:Gor, Céline, Displacer, Mnémonic, Dither ... a promising first album that is already announcy a following one.

You can already discover the current and forthcoming tracks in the mp3 jukebox. Two remixes have been made by artists Oil 10 and Cosmic Pocket.

Element, Label Manager, Orga & DJ

Mon associé Laurent T. m’a rejoint début 2002.

CosmicPocket,
Illustrator, Graphist & Composer

CosmicPocket, Illustrateur-Graphiste & Musicien

Cosmic for cosmic cosmos. Pocket because is planet is very tiny. CosmicPocket converts everything he touches into tiny touches of madness that you can carry in your pockets.

With the album Astral (In Vitro Records), the artist refers to a journey into an euphoric little world. Dreamlike atmosphere and childish sounds run alongside.  Arpege melodies progress in an unsure background, in a mix of astonishing loop sequences.

The album to come is difficult to define precisely, and there is also a book with a cd planned for children, with the collaboration of Jean-Jacques Perrey, precursor in electronic music, and armed with his Moog and melodies to make the whole Planet Earth laugh.

Oil 10,
Musician & Composer

Oil10

Since 1998, Oil 10 has produced pure electronic tracks in which powerful, elegant, and analogical sounds mix-up. Gilles Rossire chisels his findings around a genuine musical framework. He shows that research doesn't always mean icy hermetism and achieves a terrific fusion between ambient and techno.

His approach can be explained by the diversity of his influences: LFO, Pan sonic, FSOL, Autechre, essential first albums of Kraftwerk or Tangerine Dream, the 80s electro pop scene (OMD, Freur, Fad Gadget, Ultravox, Depeche Mode...) and recent electronic wave (Fisherspooner, Vitalic, The Hacker, David Carreta and so on).

Since he has been a technician in the movie industry for many years, cinema and especially music for films also had a strong influence on him (Forbidden Planet, Edward Artemeyev, John Carpenter, Vangelis, David Lynch, John Williams, Hayao Miyazaki and many more).
